Do you have a fun and interactive idea for a performance or workshop to share? This year is your chance to dazzle the crowds and show them what you have to offer. We’re always on the look out for unique and entertaining shows and seeking applications in the following categories:

• Agriculture workshops
• Animal exhibitors
• Craft workshops
• Creative art installations
• Educational speakers
• Music workshops
• Poetry and spoken word
• Puppeteers
• Science workshops / speakers
• Solo singers / bands of all genres
• Theatre performance / workshops

You will be asked to upload the following documents at the end of your application:

• Public Liability Insurance to the value of £5 million or more
• Food Hygiene Rating certificate from your local authority (rating of 4 or higher)
• Food Safety Certificates for all staff (no more than 3 years old)
• Lambeth Food Traders Questionnaire
• Environmental Policy
• Risk Assessment for setting up and maintaining your stall
• Full menu and price list
• Images of your stall and set up

The following are also mandatory, but only if applicable to your business operations:

• Gas Safe Register certificate (no more than 12 months old)
• PAT certificates (no more than 12 months old)

We recommend that you have all these documents available and ready to upload before starting your application. You can choose to save your application at any point and pick up where you left off by logging back in. Please still upload documents even if they will be out of date by the time you come to trade at the show. We will ask to see your renewed documents before you trade.
