Terms and Conditions

• Bag searching is a condition of entry to the show
• Under-16’s must be accompanied by an adult (25+). A maximum of 6 under 16’s per adult is permitted
• There is a strict zero tolerance policy to drugs and “legal highs”
• Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from entrances and the Police may be informed accordingly
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate any item which may not be suitable for the event, as well as a danger to others within the show site or the rest of Brockwell Park. See Prohibited Items list below
• The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason, including but not limited to, Visitors being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or acting aggressively towards any members of the public or event staff
• The Organisers reserve the right to eject a visitor from the event site for any reason, including but not limited to, a Visitor being under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and/or acting aggressively
• Visitors who damage any structures within the show site will be held responsible for that damage and the Organisers may take legal actions against the Visitor if needed.

To ensure that the Lambeth Country Show stays a safe family event, the following items are not permitted to be brought on site. Any person found in possession with any of these items will be asked to dispose of them on entry or they will be confiscated by a member of the security team. Possession of illegal items will be handed over to the police and dealt with accordingly.

• Air Horns / Smoke Canisters
• Fireworks / Explosives / Flares
• Sparklers / Chinese Lanterns / Candles
• Portable Laser Equipment / Laser Pens
• Horns / Loudhailers
• Spray paints / Graffiti pens
• Flags / Poles
• Tents / Gazebos
• Stereo Systems
• Large Luggage Items
• Bicycles (please use designated cycle parks before entering)
• Professional Filming / Audio Recording Equipment
• (Photography with professional equipment, such as DSLR, is permitted)
• High-Vis Bibs / Jackets / Vests – to be worn by event staff only
• Any other articles that may be a danger to the public or cause nuisance – this is at the discretion of show security.

Lost Property is handled at the Welfare Tent, located near to the LatinoLife Big Top Stage. Please head there and speak to our Lost Property Manager if you have lost or found an item.
