All caterers must setup on site on either Wednesday 4 or Thursday 5 June between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
All other traders are welcome to set up on Thursday 5 June.
Under no circumstances is Saturday arrival accepted. This is due to operational contraints before show opening that day.
The only exception to this is if you are a charity or community group and rely on volunteers. We will allow you to setup on the Saturday morning, but you must inform us in advance.

I am an ice-cream trader. Which application do I complete?
Please submit a Catering application.
You are invited to apply for up to 8 ice-cream units and submit the fee you’re willing to pay to trade at the show.
Can I apply for a bigger charity / community group pitch?
There is high demand for pitches on site each year, so we therefore have to limit charity and community group pitches to a maximum size of 3m x 3m.
If you do require a larger pitch because your setup is vehicle based or a large bespoke structure, please get in touch with us and we will see if we can accommodate you. We recommend submitting an application anyway and leaving a comment about your pitch size in the available box before submitting.
Why do some categories have no pitch fees?
The following categories are put out to tender each year:
– Catering (Open ground hot and cold food; including ice-cream)
– Hot & Cold Soft Drinks (Coffee, juices, smoothies etc.)
– Balloon Sellers / Inflatable Operators
We ask applicants to submit a fee that they are willing to pay to trade at the show. In order to keep the tender process fair, we are unable to publish any guide prices for this. It is important to consider the following when calculating your tender offer:
– Attendance of 120,000 people across both days
– 8 hours of trading per day
– How much frontage you require for your pitch. The greater the width, the greater the value of the pitch
– Your product / menu along with costs you propose to charge
Do you offer discounts to Lambeth residents or businesses registered within the borough?
There are currently no discounts available to residents or businesses within the borough.
However, residents and businesses are given priority if all requested information is provided and high standards are met – such as food hygiene rating, environmental policy, risk assessments etc.
When do I have to pay for my pitch?
We will start to get back to applicants about whether they are successful or not after the deadline dates.
Full payment of your pitch and all additional commodities must be made within 7 days of official acceptance. We are unable to give an exact date as acceptances are offered periodically, but we advise you to be prepared to pay and have the funds in your account from March 2025 onward.
Non-payment of stalls and commodities after 7 days of acceptance will result in your pitch being re-allocated. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to offer exceptions to this rule.
Payment can be made by BACS with details included an invoice that will be sent to you. Further information will be available within your official acceptance email.
What is included with a pitch?
All pitches are assigned as a marked out space of land only. This applies for both open ground pitches and pitches within a marquee. Furniture, power and/or camping must be booked additionally.
What power connection is right for my stall?
Everyone’s requirements are different depending on what equipment is used. It is your responsibility to request the right power connection in advance of the show.
Please see our power guide here if you need help choosing the right one.
Can I book a pitch for one day only?
Pitches are available for weekend bookings only. No applications will be accepted for one day of trading or exhibiting.
Can I share a pitch with my friend or another organisation?
This can sometimes be possible at our discretion. If you would like to make a joint application, please contact us before submitting your application.
Due to high demands for catering pitches, it is not possible to share if you are a hot food caterer.
Can I park a vehicle at my pitch?
On site car parking passes are for refrigerated vehicles only and will be issued at our discretion. If we deem your vehicle as non-essential, you will be asked to park your car in the designated Exhibitor and Trader Car Park. This is located within Brockwell Park, but could be up to a 5 minute walk from your pitch.
You will be permitted to drive to your pitch before the show opens to the public to unload stock. Once the show closes each evening, all exhibitors and traders will be permitted to drive back on site to their pitches.
A maximum of one parking pass will be allocated to each pitch application due to limited parking space available within Brockwell Park.
Can I leave stock overnight on Saturday?
All exhibitors and traders are permitted to leave stock and infrastructure overnight. The show site and all gates to Brockwell Park are closed each night and 24 hour roaming security is in operation. All assets left by you are at your own risk and we, the organisers, will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused. If you have any particular high value items, you can can let us know and we will add it to our site asset register.
I've traded before. Can I have the same pitch location?
If you have traded or exhibited at the show before and would like the same pitch as last time, it is possible to request this on the application forms before submitting. However, previous pitches and location requests are not guaranteed and at the discretion of the event organisers.
Can I bring my own generator?
We are committed to reducing energy consumption across site. To help successfully manage our sustainability targets, all exhibitors and traders will not be permitted to bring their own generators onsite. Use of your own renewable power, such as solar or wind, is encouraged.
If you require electricity, this must be booked in advance of the event and PAT certifications must be submitted along with this form for all electrical equipment that you intend on using.
Can I cook in the Food Village Market?
Cooking with LPG or other gases is strictly prohibited in the Food Village Market.
Electric hot plates are permitted, as well as the reheating of food in a microwave.
Power can be booked upon application.
What is an environmental policy and why do I need to submit one?
An Environmental Policy statement is the communication of your environmental policies both internally within your organisation and externally to your customers and suppliers. The impact the show has on the environment is huge and we are taking every step to reduce and maintain it. We are an award winning show for our policies and achievements so far, but we need all traders, exhibitors, suppliers, performers and the general public to play their part too.
If you do not have an environmental policy, we advise writing one for your company/organisation. Your application will not be accepted without one.
I would like to sell alcohol / I am a bar operator. Is this possible?
