The main symptoms of coronavirus are:a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature) a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual) a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal. NHS Test and Trace Service
As lockdown restrictions are being eased, it is important to be aware that the virus has not gone away and we have to keep it from spreading. It is important that we do not allow the virus to spread from person to person. The NHS Test and Trace service has been set up as a system to help people to quickly know if they have the virus and if they do trace their recent contacts. The Test and Trace Service

Face Coverings
We are now required to wear face coverings on public transport and from Friday 24 July 2020, when we are in shops and supermarkets. The face covering should cover your nose and mouth and help to protect others against the spread of infection. It is important that you wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for 20 seconds or use hand sanitiser before putting on and after taking off your face covering.
